Nature Academy
Founded by Göran Gennvi, Nature Academy is the source of the Nature Quest practice and its lead facilitation partner.
Göran Gennvi founded Nature Academy and developed the Nature Quest approach over more than three decades of bringing leaders into nature. The Nature Quest name is a protected trademark. Göran remains closely involved in protecting the integrity of the approach and ensuring the facilitation honours its original intent.
His work has included collaboration with Peter Senge, Otto Scharmer and W. Brian Arthur, connecting Nature Academy's practice with organisational learning, leadership and the understanding of complex systems.
Göran has contributed to knowledge-development processes at Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, including reflections for its IFL Learning Manifesto. His media archive also includes coverage in Swedish business and leadership publications such as Veckans Affärer, Chef and Dagens Industri.
Nature Academy's facilitators provide a structured framework for preparation, the solo period and the return. Grounded in the Nordic tradition of friluftsliv, the practice gives leaders time away from operational demands to examine assumptions, reflect on responsibilities and consider their next steps.
